Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT)
Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is often considered a type of CBT, but it follows its own principles. Your therapist identifies irrational, negative thoughts, explores their roots and works with you to replace them with positive, constructive ones.
